Copyright Requirements:

1. Six copies of the copyright work. (Power Form).

If the applicant is not the author, a certified copy of the deed of assignment or a distributorship agreement is required.

2. A power of attorney legalized.

3. The name, business, nationality and address of the author. .

Annuity Payments: 

• Simply singed power of attorney indicating the title, number and date of the patent.

License Requirements:

1. Power of attorney signed by the licensee and legalized up to the Libyan Consulate.

2. Legalized license agreement.

3. Legalized extract of the entry of the licensee company in the commercial register or a legalized copy of the certificate of incorporation if the licensee is a company or a body corporate.
