2. Pictures or drawings of the design .

3. Filing date, number and country of priority application .

1. Applicant's name, domicile ( seat ) and address .

2. creator's name and address ( physical person ) .

3. Pictures or drawings of the design (4 sets) reproducible, preferably in black and white, maximum size A4 .

4. Goods and international class(es) of the design .

5. Power of attorney signed by applicant ( no legalization ) .

6. Assignment signed by the creator ( no legalization ) .

7. Priority data ( priority document to be filed only upon request ) .

1. Applicant's name, domicile ( seat ) and address .

2. International classes for which the registration is to be maintained

Renewal is possible four times, with 5 year intervals calculated from the application date, I.E. the design registration can be kept in force for a total of 25 years. Designs concerning component parts used for the purpose of the repair of a complex product so as to restore its original appearance ( spare parts ), can, however, be renewed only twice .
