Requirements for publishing cautionary notices in respect of a design are the following:

1. Power of attorney (Power Form).

2. The title of the design and particulars of corresponding foreign registrations, if any.

3. A summary description or any perspective views of the design if the owner to have such particulars published.

4. Details of the owner.
