1. Power of attorney simply signed by the applicant (Power Form).

2. certificate of incorporation of the applicant, legalized up to the Sudanese Consulate.

3. certified translation into Arabic of the contents of the application and it’s enclosures legalized up to the Sudanese Consulate.

4. specimen of the material of which the Industrial design is made or a photographic picture or sketch drawing of the industrial design in color is possible or an architectural model or any other means of production that is shown by such representation.

5. Certified copy of the priority documents if it is to be claimed.
