The
directorate of Industrial Property in Bahrain has ceased to accept
the filing of
patent applications
with effect from 12 May 2004 due to the non-issuance of the
Implementing
Regulations of the Patent Law No. 1 of 2004. the Implementing
Regulation of the said
law is issued. Further details and developments will follow
shortly.
