According to the Council of Ministers, a decision was issued as of  30 May 2005, 

in which the TMO came under the  custody of the Ministry of  Industries,
 

while earlier it was a separate organization.
 
Accordingly, the filing procedure is suspended until the transfer of the files.
 
As far as renewals are concerned, and since the grace period is only one
 

month, the Trademark Office receives the applications but no official fees are paid.
