A certified copy of the basic foreign patent application, if priority is to be claimed

If the applicant in the Argentinean application is different from the applicant in the basic application or the granted patent, an assignment deed from the
foreign applicant will be required.

Details of applicant (name, residential address, country citizen and
I.D.).

Details of inventor/s (name, residential address, country citizen and
I.D.).

Certified copy of the patent priority document that includes memory,
climbs and figures to be filed before the I.N.P.I. (Instituto
Nacional de Propiedad Indusrial - Argentinean Patent and Trademark
Office). to be translated into Spanish by an Argentinean translator.
