Two copies of the specifications, claims, abstract and drawings.

Assignment of the inventors (if applicable). Assignments executed by inventors need only be witnessed and are not required to be notarized (a photocopy is sufficient).

Petition and power of attorney
(Power Form) , however, both are preferably prepared and executed by us. Except for the assignment of the inventors (if applicable) no documents need to be executed by inventors or applicants.

Sequence listing of each nucleotide and amino acid that is not admitted prior art, in text of disclosure and in computer readable form.

To enter the national phase of a PCT application in Canada, in addition to items 1 and 7: a) PCT International Application Number, b) Copies/translations of all Article 19, 34 amendments. A certified translation is not required.
