If the applicant is not the inventor himself, an assignment document must be executed by the inventor and legalized up to the Chilean Consulate.

If the invention has already been patented abroad, the patent priority data must be submitted to the Patent Office within 90 days from application date.

A Power of attorney duly signed before a notary public and legalized up to the Chilean Consulate.  (Power Form)

Number and date of the first application filed in the home country.

A Certified copy of the priority document in the event priority is to be claimed.
