2. Information as to whether the applicant is a small entity (20 or less man-labour years)..

3. Two copies of the Specifications claims and abstract.

4. Four prints of the Drawings if applicable, format A4 (210x297 mm) .

5. Power of attorney.

6. A Declaration of the applicants right to the invention.

7. Priority document, if convention priority is claimed.

8. In the case of entering the national phase of an international (PCT) application , requirement 7 normally does not apply. However, amended claims filed during the international phase are required.
