  Trademark Filing Requirements:

  1. Power of attorney simply signed (Power Form).

  2. Ten prints of the mark.

  3. Certified copy of priority document with verified French translation if priority is to be claimed.

  Renewals:

  1. Power of Attorney simply signed.

  2. Original Certificate of Registration for endorsement.

 

  Assignment Mergers:
  1. Simply signed power of attorney by the assignee and stamped with the company seal.
  2. A duly legalized deed of assignment signed by the assignor and the assignee.

 

  Change of Name/ Address Requirements:
  1. Power of Attorney simply signed.
  2. Certificate of Change of Name with verified French translation.
  3. Original Certificate of Registration for endorsement.
