  Trademark Filing Requirements:

  1. Power of attorney notarized (Power Form).

  2. Fifteen prints of the mark.

  3. Information regarding the 1st registration of the mark, Including registration No., Filing date and country.

 

  Renewal Requirements:

  1. Power of Attorney notarized. (Power Form)

  2. Original Registration Certificates for endorsement.

  3. Deeds of Assignment notarized.

 

  Change of Name / Address Requirements:

  • No required document.

 

  Searches:

  1. Method of search : Conducted manually on the official data base.

  2. Time to be taken: 8-10 working days.

  3. Contents: Search report includes information of prior marks hit by the search by the search which are identical or similar to cause confusion among consumers should be conducted.
