at the Office of European trademark (OHIM).

The Application includes all countries of the European Union
(Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark,
Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary,
Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta,
Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia,
Spain and Sweden).

A legalized letters patent issued in the country of origin.
Dates of joining the CTM are:

The Application includes all countries of the European
Union at establishment date: Austria, Belgium, Denmark,
Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg,
Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden & Great Britain.

On 1 May 2004 the EU will welcome ten new member states:
Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic,
Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Cyprus and Malta.

of the CTM.

Duration of registration is 10 years renewal for same periods.
