List of goods and classification.
Type of corporation.
Information regarding the first registration of the mark, including the registration number, date and country.
Certified copy of priority document in case priority is to be claimed.
Twenty specimens of the mark.

Change of Name/Address :

Official document certifying change of name and address, such as certificate of incorporation.

Assignment Requirements:

Assignment document signed and sealed.

General Information:

Classification : International Classification. multi-class is possible as of 1May 2003.

Registrable: 10 years Trademarks, service marks, certification marks, defensive marks.

Time from filing to registration : 18 months.

Registration Duration : 7 years from filing date.

Renewal Duration: 14 years.

Renewal Application: Within 3 months before expire.

Publication : After acceptance.

Opposition Period : 2 months.

Use: Non-use for any 5 years after registration makes the registration vulnerable to cancellation; it is impossible to file an internet-to-use application in Hong Kong.
