Powers of Attorney simply signed by the Assignor and Assignee and sealed by a corporate seal. Each document should be also dated and show the company's name and address, the name and corporate position of the signing person. The notarization is not required.
 

Assignment Deed in triplicate in original signed by both the Assignor and the Assignee. The document should also indicate the complete address of the parties involved in the Assignment, class coverage for the Assignment and also show the place and date of signing, the names and corporate positions of the signing persons. The notarization is not required.
