  Change of Name / Address:

  1. Legalized power of attorney under new name. (Power Form)

  2. Certificate of Incorporation evidencing the change of name or address legalized.

 

  Assignment Requirements:

  1. Legalized power of attorney (Power Form).

  2. Assignment document legalized.

  3. Nominal consideration is acceptable, no stamp duty.

  4. Tax of 10% recited amount payable if assignment between Mexican entities, with or without Goodwill, pending applications and unregistered marks may be assigned .
