  Trademark/ Service Mark Requirements:
  1. Simply signed power of attorney. (Power Form)

  2. Priority document if claimed.

 

  Renewal of Trademark/ Service Mark Registrations:
  1. Simply signed power of attorney. (Power Form)

  2. Declaration of use, signed before notary public and legalized by Apostille or Spanish Consul indicating the use of the mark.

 

  Change of Name/ Address Requirements:
  • Simply signed power of attorney. (Power Form)

 

  Assignment Requirements:
  1. Simply signed power of attorney by the assignee and assignor. (Power Form)

  2. Deed of assignment notarized.

  3. Nominal consideration is acceptable, assignments subject to taxation, no stamp duty with or without Goodwill

  4. Pending applications and unregistered marks may be assigned.
